IT_Villetta a schiera su più livelli costruita agli inizi del ‘900 e parte di un tessuto urbano molto caratteristico della città. Il progetto architettonico ha voluto mantenere e valorizzare gli elementi significativi dell’edificio, come le facciate esterne e la scala interna che collega tutti i livelli. 
Si è optato per una nuova distribuzione degli spazi più adatta alla committenza e più funzionale. Al piano terra si sviluppa il salotto open space che si affaccia sul terrazzo della corte interna. Al piano sottostante, invece, la cucina porta ad un piccolo giardino privato con loggia coperta.
La zona notte è al piano primo, insieme ai bagni di servizio. 
I materiali usati vogliono ricordare quelli di inizio secolo, reinterpretati in chiave moderna, nella volontà di mantenere l’eleganza e il prestigio dell’edificio originario.

EN_Townhouse on three levels built in the early 1900s and part of a very characteristic urban fabric of the city. The architectural project wanted to maintain and enhance the significant elements of the building, such as the external facades and the internal staircase that connects all the levels.
We opted for a new distribution of the spaces that is more suited to the client and more functional. On the ground floor there is the open space living room which overlooks the terrace of the internal courtyard. On the floor below, however, the kitchen leads to a small private garden with a covered loggia. The sleeping area is on the first floor, together with the service bathrooms.
The materials used recall those of the beginning of the century, reinterpreted in a modern key, in the desire to maintain the elegance and prestige of the original building.
